Terms of Use Effective on 25/01/2023

These terms of use (referred to as "TOU") are intended to legally frame the provision of the site and services by Bellecour Vision Clinic and define the conditions for accessing and using the services by the "User". These TOU are accessible on the site under the "TOU" section.

Access to the Site The site bellecourvision.clinic provides the User with free access to the following services: the internet site offers the following services: Information Site The site is freely accessible from any location to any User who has access to the Internet. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are at their own expense.

ARTICLE 3:

Collection of Personal Data The site ensures the User with the collection and processing of personal information in accordance with privacy laws, in accordance with law number 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to computers, files, and liberties. Under the Data Protection and Liberties Law of January 6, 1978, the User has a right to access, rectify, delete, and object to their personal data.

The identifiable and unidentifiable personal data collected by Bellecour Vision Clinic and, through contact forms, are as follows:

  • Patient's name and surname
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Any medical information necessary for the patient's care within this establishment

The collected data may be retained for 3 years (36 months). Maximum duration.

After 3 years, the personal data of inactive identified patients/visitors is placed in an exclusion database or anonymized if statistical follow-up is necessary.

The personal data of internet users, identified or not, and our patients, is not used for prospecting purposes. This data is only used for our patient follow-up: it is not sold or used without agreement. The media that appear on our website (videos) in which our patients testify are filmed and broadcast in accordance with the persons concerned.

When a user contacts us through the contact form on the bellecourvision.clinic website, personal data may be transmitted to Bellecour Vision Clinic. This personal data is stored in a computer database (that of the website) hosted in Europe and is not subject to any particular processing except for that which allows us to respond to your request. The collected data related to sending a message from our website may be kept for 3 years (36 months) and is systematically deleted after this retention period.

The reservation forms and our self-test are developed with the Calendly and Typeform platforms. When you use these forms, personal data may be transmitted to Bellecour Vision Clinic. Once again, we assure you that this data is exclusively used only in the context of patient follow-up and for scheduling our medical appointments.

ARTICLE 4:

Intellectual Property The trademarks, logos, signs, as well as all the contents of the site (texts, images, sound...) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more specifically by copyright law. The Bellecour Vision Clinic trademark is a trademark registered by SLRL Ophtéo. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of this trademark, of any nature whatsoever, is strictly prohibited. The User must seek prior permission from the site for any reproduction, publication, or copy of the various contents.

The User is committed to using the site's content within a strictly private framework, any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Any total or partial representation of this site by any means whatsoever, without the express permission of the site operator, would constitute an infringement punished by article L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. It is reminded in accordance with article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code that the User who reproduces, copies or publishes protected content must cite the author and source.

ARTICLE 5:

Liability The sources of the information disseminated on the site bellecourvision.clinc are deemed reliable, but the site does not guarantee that it is free of defects, errors or omissions. The information provided is indicative and general without contractual value. Despite regular updates, the bellecourvision.clinic site cannot be held responsible for changes in administrative and legal provisions after publication.

Similarly, the site cannot be held responsible for the use and interpretation of the information contained in this site. The bellecourvision.clinic site cannot be held responsible for any viruses that may infect the computer or any computer equipment of the Internet user, resulting from use, access, or download from this site.
